Biography
Kasia grew up in Poland where she received a Master of Fine Arts degree from the Academy of Fine Arts in Krakow. After her formal education, she gained a wide range of experience working in graphic design and television set design. She delivered a unique visual concept to each project, including original designs for television shows, concerts and special programs. In the middle of her career, she moved to the United States (Pittsburgh, PA) where she continued to work successfully as art director and fine artist. She has been a global traveler since childhood, and her memories of places, situations and people serve as the inspirations for her art.Since moving to Sarasota in 2013, Kasia has left her designer career that spanned two continents to concentrate exclusively on her painting. Over the years, her work has appeared in solo and collective exhibitions in the US and Europe and hang in homes across the country.
